KCTFL adopts conference theme
During KCTFL's Strategic Planning Meeting held May 12-13 at General Butler State Park, the Boaed of Directors approves the date and theme for the 2004 Annual Fall Conference: September 17-18, 2004 "Kentucky Celebrates! The Year of Languages!"
