See you in Louisville!

Conference preparations are in full swing and we hope to see many of you in Louisville this weekend for the 2004 KWLA Fall Conference. For those of you who have already registered, print out the "Easy Conference Planner" and plan your day before you come, so that you will have more time to socialize and network with colleagues from across the state.

You can pick up your copy of the entire conference program at the registration desk in the hotel lobby (Thursday starting at 7 PM, Friday 8 AM - 7 PM, Saturday starting at 7:30 AM). Tickets for workshops, the deli bar, breakfast, and luncheon (if purchased) will also be included in your registration packet. There are still a limited number of Luncheon tickets available - if you are interested, please contact Thomas Sauer as soon as possible.

Don't forget the World Language Celebration Ball on Friday night. Doors will open at 8:30 and the celebration will begin at 9. There will be a complimentary champagne toast for the first 100 conference attendees through the door. So you want to come early! A cash bar will also be available.

If you have registered for one of the immersion dinners, groups will be meeting at the hotel at 7:00 PM on Thursday. If you like to meet your group at the restaurant, the reservations have been made for 7:30 at Le Ralais, Gasthaus, and De la Torres. If you are still interested in joining an immersion dinner please call 859-258-7131 and ask for Thomas immediately!
