2005 Festival Bulletin Published
KWLA is proud to announce the publication of the 2005 Festival Bulletin. Featured on the cover of the bulletin is the artwork of Kendall Smith. All current members will receive a copy of the bulletin in the mail in the next two to three weeks. A PDF-version of the bulletin has now also been posted for additional print out.
Regional Festival Registration is now open. Teachers who wish to send students to compete at a Regional Festival must send in the appropriate registration forms and fees for each student to the Regional Director of their festival. A map of Kentucky and list of counties can be found on page 6 of the festival bulletin. Contact your Regional Director for mailing deadlines and fees.
