Professional Development workshop at WKU
The first major event of the year-long Improving Educator Quality Grant project organized by Western Kentucky University takes place on Saturday morning, April 9. The topic of the workshop, presented by Dr. Jacque van Houten, KDE World Language Consultant, is LinguaFolio KY! This self-assessment tool for students, first developed in Europe, is being implemented in the USA as well; postsecondary as well as P12 instructors will find it useful to attend the workshop.
