Cincinnati Enquirer reports on Chinese and other language programs in Northern Kentucky:
"Everybody around us is teaching their children another language, whether it's English or another second language. They see that as vital for the growth of their country. When I come back, I can see we're giving our kids the opportunity to compete with everybody globally."
