2008 KWLA Festival Announcement
With the Fall Conference behind us, it is time to start thinking about this year's Festivals. In October the KWLA Executive Board adopted a vision statement for the Festivals. The Board hopes that by actively aligning the Festivals with state and national standards, more students and teachers will have a positive experience and have their achievements recognized. To these ends some positive changes have been made that will move us into the 21st century.
