New Festival Scholarships Announced
The University of Kentucky and Western Kentucky University are pleased to announce three scholarships in the amount of $500 to be awarded for outstanding achievement at the KWLA State Language Festival. Three $500 scholarships will be awarded, one for each of these three languages: French, German, and Spanish.
