From Basement to Bavaria
KWLA's 2008 Teacher of the Year, Linda Zins-Adams, continues to receive press coverage as she begins her preparation for the national ACTFL Teacher of the Year competition.
For many students, Linda Zins-Adams' basement classroom at Highlands High School is the start of a trip around the world."We always say that German education at Highlands takes us from the basement to Bavaria and beyond," said Zins-Adams, a 16-year veteran German teacher. "Once students start learning the language, doors open for them and it takes them places."
