After a successful move and positive evaluations of the 2005 Conference, the KWLA Board decided to once again use the Hyatt Regency Louisville as the location for our annual fall conference. In addition, we were able to lower the hotel rates from last year! At $99.00 per room (single, double, triple, or quad) you can split the costs with a colleague and really lower your conference housing costs. (Rooms are blocked for KWLA through September 22, 2006. After that date rooms will be released to other groups or individuals. If rooms are still available, the conference rate will be honored.)

Based on the number of rooms booked in KWLA's block of rooms, our conference hotel provides complimentary or reduced rates for meeting room space and food and beverage charges. These savings are passed onto attendees and exhibitors through reasonably priced exhibit and registration fees.
