2005 Conference Registration
KWLA was able to provide online registration for the first time for the 2004 fall conference. Over 70% of all attendees registered online with more than half using their personal credit card. We are excited to once again offer online registration for this year's conference. It's easy, it's fast, and it's secure! Workshop space and participation in the immersion dinners are limited, so you want to make sure that you get your spot reserved. The easiest way to confirm your participation is to register online. Even if you need to pay with a purchase order or a personal check, you can still register online to get your confirmation e-mail.

Registration Deadlines
- Early registration discount ends June 30, 2005.
- Pre-registration closes September 7. If you have not registered by that time, plan to register onsite.
- If you are mailing registrations, do not mail anything after September 7. (Registrations must be postmarked by this date.) Registrations postmarked after September 7 will not be processed, and you will need to register on-site.
What is included in Conference Registration?
The KWLA conference will provide a quality experience for your professional development and is also a great value. Most conferences charge you two or three times the amount and provide you with less. Included in your conference registration are the following opportunities:
- over 40 special-interest sessions
- 3 days of professional meetings
- Wine & Cheese Reception on Friday Afternoon
- Continental Breakfast on Saturday Morning
- access to vendors in the exhibit area
- PARKING (Hotel Parking Facilities only)
- Free entertainment on Friday night
Payment
Credit Card: Visa or Master Card are accepted for online registration. You will have nothing to mail and receive instant confirmation!
Check: Checks are accepted for online registration. Make checks payable to KWLA and mail with a copy of your confirmation e-mail. Checks are also accepted for regular mail registration.
Purchase Order: School district purchase orders are accepted for online registration or by mail with a completed registration form. PLEASE MAKE SURE that your school sends the purchase order by the deadline and that they include YOUR name with the check!
Refund Policy
Conference registration refunds will be made only if notification is made to the registration office listed below by September 7, 2005. No refund requests will be accepted after this date. All refunds will be processed after the conference. The $25.00 membership fee is non-refundable.
On-Site Registration
On-site Registration will be available during the following times: Thursday: 05:00 PM - 08:00 PM, Friday: 08:00 AM - 07:00 PM, Saturday: 07:30 AM - 12:00 PM
