2007 Conference Registration
KWLA is encouraging you to register online for this year's conference. It's easy, it's fast, and it's secure! Last year over 75% of all attendees registered online with more than half using a school or personal credit card. Space for workshops and immersion dinners is limited, so you want to make sure that you get your place reserved. The easiest way to confirm your participation is to register online at www.kwla-online.org. Even if you need to pay with a purchase order or a personal check, you can still register online to get your confirmation e-mail.

What is included in Conference Registration?
The KWLA conference will provide a quality experience for your professional development and is also a great value. Most conferences charge you two or three times the amount and provide you with less. Included in your conference registration are the following opportunities:

Conference Passports
SAVE, SAVE, SAVE and get the most out of your KWLA conference experience. No meal tickets to worry about, simply show your special "Conference Passport" badge and get entrance to all the events, meals, and functions. There is only a limited number of conference passports available for each language, so be sure to reserve yours early! Passport Registration is available online ONLY! Registration Deadlines
- Early-Bird Registration discount ends September 7, 2007.
- Pre-registration closes October 5. If you have not registered by that time, plan to register onsite.
- If you are mailing registrations, do not mail anything after October 5. (Registrations must be postmarked by this date.) Registrations postmarked after October 5 will not be processed, and you will need to register on-site.
Payment
Credit Card: Visa or Master Card are accepted for online registration. You will have nothing to mail and receive instant confirmation!
Check: Checks are accepted for online registration. Make checks payable to KWLA and mail with a copy of your confirmation e-mail. Checks are also accepted for regular mail registration.
Purchase Order: School district purchase orders are accepted for online registration or by mail with a completed registration form. PLEASE MAKE SURE that your school sends the purchase order by the deadline and that they include YOUR name with the check!
Refund Policy
Conference registration refunds will be made only if notification is made to the registration office by October 5, 2007. No refund requests will be accepted after this date. All refunds will be processed after the conference. The $25.00 membership fee is non-refundable.
On-Site Registration
On-site Registration will be available during the following times: Thursday: 05:30 PM - 07:30 PM, Friday: 08:00 AM - 07:00 PM, Saturday: 07:00 AM - 12:00 PM
