Why do our students sign up for foreign language? It's probably not because they plan to write the next great Faust or in order to be able to read Crime and Punishment in the original. Students take languages because they want to be able to speak them. They want to be able to converse comfortably on a wide range of subjects with students their own age, and to a lesser degree, also with adults. This workshop will give you lots of ideas about how to give up the floor as teacher and allow the students to use the language in all phases of classroom work. $15.00/$20.00
